Kinemetrics provides free technical support for all products by e-mail.
For technical questions and assistance, be sure to state the current software or firmware version numbers when you email us for support. Our standard technical support response time is 3 business days.
If you require direct telephone support by our engineers, require training courses, system developments or engineering services, please contact Kinemetrics' Sales dept. for a support contract quote.
Note: For complex support issues Kinemetrics supports use of TeamViewer software, that allows you to give our technical support staff temporary remote control of your computer for the purpose of diagnosing operational or configuration problems. See TeamViewer for details. |
MAC Users Note: Software packages are presented here as ZIP files, often with executables or JAR files inside. The MAC GUI will actually unzip and unjar, so you should unzip in a shell with the unzip command.
